Ms. Jaisha J. Wray

Ms. Wray is a foreign affairs officer at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of Missile Defense and Space Policy.  As a presidential management fellow, she completed a rotation in the Space Policy Directorate within the Office of the Secretary of Defense where she took part in the drafting of the DoD International Space Cooperation Strategy.  Wray earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles, as well as a Master of Arts degree in international relations and a Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
