Mr. Panahy is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and a member of the Transportation and Space Finance Group. He represents clients in the aerospace, communications, and banking industries involved in space and communications ventures. His experience includes representing satellite operators, space-segment manufacturers, launch services providers, communications companies, banks, and private equity firms in numerous financings. Panahy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and Spanish from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from the American University, Washington College of Law.
